  8.   As I live in America, I thought I'd tell everyone that we are not all
  9. gun-owning maniacs. To show you I have typed out the lyrics from a 
  10. rap/dance track. I cannot tell you who did this track, as I forgot to 
  11. write down the name of the artist before I gave it back to my friend !

  14. Damn ! This is madness,
  15. It's the fourth consecutive week I've had this,
  16. Reoccuring nightmare of a woman,
  17. Who's trying to walk her child to daycare,
  18.  
  19. They pass a liqour store,
  20. See an average looking kid running out the door,

  22. In a moment frozen,
  23. They watch as he reveals a hand gun,
  24.  
  25. Terror in her voice - no sound,
  26. He unloads a round,
  27. Her son goes down,

  29. Then I wake up screaming,
  30. But am I dreaming,

  34. Repeated until people have no feelings,

  37. American lives than the whole Vietnam War.

  53. What urban youth want,
  54. Is protection,
  55. From a life of war,

  57. There's no more a tragic sight,
  58. Than a heavily armed youth with no respect for life.

  65. To glamourise the gun,
  66. Movies, music and TV,

  72. Where kids are wagin arms races,

  74. In suburbs or rural areas,
  75. Across the country kids are carriers,
  76.  
  77. 3 more hours and another teenage youth,
  78. Will have committed suicide,
  79.  
  80. While his mother's crying,
  81. Gun advocates are on TV lying,
  82.  
  83. To the public,
  84. About how people are the ones who kill and guns don't,
  85.  
  86. Do we have gun control ?
  87. We can't stop these ten-year-olds,
  88.  
  89. From going into fathers closet,
  90. Where the gun was left unlocked anbd loaded,

  93. When everyone has got there own piece ?
